Born on Oct. 26th, 1940 in Westphalia she is rooted in a family of artists. Her artistic affinity could be seen in her childhood already.

She felt attracted to painting very early. The first basics were taught by her father. Later she attended distance learning at the Academy of Arts in Karlsruhe/Germany.

At the age of 15 she already sold her first paintings.

She completed an apprenticeship to become a decorator successfully. Her artistic work was interrupted by her marriage and children. Later on, she started to draw again.

In addition, she fulfilled herself a dream by attending music studies (piano).

Exhibitions in many cities of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Her paintings are very natural, clear with certain look for objective details. They reveal an outstanding feeling for colour and a special flair for colour compositions.
