The artist Jürgen Naumann was born on November 11th, 1951 in Munich. From his early youth on he was interested in painting. During his schooldays his talent for drawing was noticed and supported. Due to his father’s wish he learned a technical profession at first. Besides this job he acquired basic knowledge of design and oil painting in the studio of a friendly artist. Afterwards he studied painting and sculpture for six semesters. In 1981 he became a freelanced artist. Creative urge and talent characterised him, and his works were successful and accepted.
His works can be seen in many galleries in Germany, the USA, Canada, France and Scandinavia. Many art connoisseurs collect his paintings due to the perfect illustration of Flowers, still lifes, landscapes and animal portraits.
