Hubert Kaplan was born on March 29th, 1940. He learned the trade of paperhanging at his father’s business. But shortly afterwards he got an itch to artistic expression. At first, he regarded his artistic attempts as a hobby and continued to work in his original profession. Encouraged by his first achievements he turned more and more to art. In the meantime there is a great demand for his pictures. He is still open-minded about fair comment and suggestions and he is still willing to learn and to give his best. But, of course, he is still pleased by commendation and appreciation. |
